BALLET is a beautiful, codified form of dance and a strong foundation for other styles of movement. Ballet technique takes strong commitment to learn and master, and much practice to retain proficiency. Dancers will learn ballet vocabulary and body anatomy in all levels.  Pre Intermediate levels and higher will have the opportunity to participate in ADAPT Ballet Exams.
